Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) - Nevada homeowners if your home was foreclosed on in 2009 or 2010 you could be getting a check in the mail. The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, OCC, says they reached an agreement with ten companies subject to enforcement actions for deficient practices in mortgage loan servicing and foreclosure processing.

The OCC says eligible borrows could get a couple of hundred dollars back or up to $125,000 depending on their specific case. They're expected to be contacted by the end of March by their payment agent. The agreement includes Bank of America, Wells Fargo, JP Morgan Chase and several others. Click here to learn more.
