Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The Miss America crown won't be handed out for another week, but that didn't stop fans from going out to see this year's crop of ladies.
Fans were given a sneak peak of the contestants at Fashion Show on Saturday.
The girls strutted their stuff down the runway before meeting those in attendance and signing autographs.
Miss Nevada, Randi Sundquist, is hoping to do the Silver State proud and take home this year's crown.
She spoke about how she came to be involved in the Miss America competition, "I did my local pageant, won that and that's when I found my voice through this organization. I didn't ever dream of being Miss Nevada, so I now dream of being Miss America. It's not something I ever imagined when I was a young girl."
The 2013 Miss America Competition happens Saturday, Jan. 12 at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino.
Tune into Channel 13 at 9 p.m. to see if Miss Nevada takes home the crown.
