Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- One person is dead after being hit by a vehicle Saturday evening.
It happened just before 6:30 p.m. on Warm Springs Road, near Hinson Street.
Las Vegas Police told Action News a man died while attempting to cross Warm Springs when he stepped into the street, outside of a crosswalk, and was struck by an SUV.
Las Vegas Police also said that there are no street lights in that area, and it is very dark.
