Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The Regional Transportation Commission is making it easy for you to get home safely on New Year's Eve if you drink too much.

They're offering free rides from Monday night until 9 a.m. on Tuesday morning.

That includes direct transit service from Centennial Hills and Summerlin to downtown Las Vegas.

The RTC hopes the free rides will encourage everyone to not drink and drive.
