Man killed in Henderson auto-pedestrian crash identified
Henderson, NV (KTNV) -- The man who died this week after being hit by a taxi in Henderson, has been identified.
The crash happened Wednesday around 6:30 p.m. on Sunset Road, east of Marks Street.
The Nevada Highway Patrol said a Deluxe Cab was traveling east on Sunset.
61-year-old Olen Wayne Davis, who was outside a marked crosswalk, was trying crossing Sunset at that time.
NHP said the front of the cab then struck Davis.
Davis was pronounced dead at the scene around 8:45 p.m.
