Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Some local firefighters enlisted the help of one jolly ol' elf, all to help make Las Vegas a better place to live.
Santa Claus gave the reindeer a rest as he arrived by helicopter out near Sam Boyd.
He made the stop to help deliver presents to the Kinchen family. Just last month, they lost everything in a fire.
Presents were collected by local firefighters who called up Santa himself to make the big delivery.
Tristate Careflight helped bring in Santa, who was a complete surprise to the family.
