Prime real estate changes hands on Las Vegas Strip
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- A big chunk of prime real estate changed hands Friday on the Las Vegas Strip.
City Center Residential said it sold 427 units at Veer Towers, in a bulk purchase for $119 million.
It said its remaining inventory at Veer now consists of 11 penthouse units, which it plans to sell while concentrating on moving other residential units at the Mandarin Oriental.
