Fire destroys northwest Valley home
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- A fire destroyed a home in the northwest part of the Valley on Wednesday afternoon.
Firefighters were called to the 3600 block of Alto Avenue, near North Las Vegas Boulevard and North Pecos Road, just after 1:30 p.m.
When crews arrived, they found smoke and flames visible from a home.
Investigators said the blaze may have started in the backyard before spreading to a home.
