Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The local mother charged with child neglect appeared in court on Tuesday.
31-year-old Kimberly Marie Russi was arrested after her young son was struck by a bus on December 10.
Police said Russi neglected two of her children.
Russi's court appearance was for an initial arraignment. Her preliminary hearing is scheduled for Jan. 2.
