Labor contract extended for drivers at Las Vegas taxi company
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Business will continue as usual, for now, at Yellow Checker Star Transportation.
Union drivers for the taxi company had rejected a contract endorsed by their bargaining committee, and there's been talk of a strike.
But, both sides have mutually agreed to a temporary extension of their labor contract through Jan. 31.
