Stray cats causing headache for one mobile home park
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Some residents of one Las Vegas Valley neighborhood say they are at their wit's end over stray cats that seem be taking over and they don't know what to do about it.
The residents of a mobile home park near Desert Inn Road and Nellis Boulevard say that the large number of stray cats that live at the park are unwelcome residents.
The residents are concerned about damage caused by the cats and the constant smell of cat urine and other waste.
Unfortunately, many of the cats are part of a registered colony from a trap, neuter and release program known as TNR.
They have been earmarked to live in that mobile home park. That means that even if the cats were picked up in a different neighborhood, they would be returned to the mobile home park and not to a shelter.
