Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Fans from across the Las Vegas Valley gathered Monday night to mourn the death of Mexican-American singer Jenni Rivera.
Rivera was killed in a plane crash over the weekend.
Devastated by the loss of an icon, people of all ages came together to mourn Monday night -- placing flowers, lighting candles, and writing messages in honor of Jenni Rivera.
Rivera's plane took off early Sunday from Monterrey, Mexico. Six other people, including two pilots, were also killed.
