Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- A middle-school girl barely steps off the bus when another student grabs her hair and throws her on the ground.

"I don't know who you thought you was talking to," the alleged bully screams.

It's another case of bullying caught on camera and posted to Facebook.

"I am saddened," the victim's mother Suzan Joy said. "The only reason I'm speaking about this is I want it stopped."

Joy said the girl planned the attack after her 6th-grade daughter wouldn't move seats on the bus.

"She threatened her," Joy said. "She said when you get off the bus I'm going to get you."

After the girl  pushes Joy's daughter to the ground, she kicks her in the ankle as other kids watch.

The father of the girl, being labeled the bully, is speaking out to defend his daughter. Greg Lyons says he's upset with how his daughter acted in the video. But he says her daughter was lashing out after an incident the two girls had at school the day before.

Joy denies any previous incident between the two girls. She said she filed reports with school district police. The students attend Faiss Middle School and were on their way home Friday when the attack happened.

School district police are investigating the attack and said the bully could face criminal charges. Students who filmed the attack could also face punishment.

Action News caught up with one parent outside the school and showed him the video.

"She should be expelled, she should be put out of school," Dwayne Pressley said. "She needs to be disciplined."

And discipline is what Joy wants too. She said this isn't the first time her daughter's been bullied.

"It's an emotional trauma, she's frightened to go to school, she's frightened to be on the bus," Joy said.
