NFR, Pacquiao fans pour money into Las Vegas economy
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- This weekend is set to be a huge money maker for Las Vegas.
The National Finals Rodeo visitors combined with fans of boxing fighter Manny Pacquiao, are expected to number at more than 60 million people.
According to the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, this is one of the biggest special events weekends of the year.
It could net the local economy about $70 million, says an LVCVA spokesperson.
