Accused bullies back in court
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Two teen boys accused of bullying another student are due back in court Wednesday.
On Monday, a judge ordered the two teens, who are brothers, to stay in juvenile detention and receive a mental health evaluation.
Police arrested the boys after they attacked an 8th grade student and someone taped the attack.
That video was then posted to YouTube.
The two boys' parents talked to Action News this week and say the boys have a history of violence and problems at school.
They also said that the older brother likely pushed his younger brother to throw the first punch.
Both parents are offering an apology for their kids' behavior.
Their hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. Wednesday at Family Court.
