Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Sheriff Doug Gillespie of the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department spent some time behind bars Tuesday night making Las Vegas a better place to live.
Gillespie was locked up at the Opportunity Village Magical Forest.
To make bail, he had to raise money for the non-profit which helps people with intellectual disabilities.
The Magical Forest is the biggest fundraiser each year for Opportunity Village.
