Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The elderly man that was struck by a vehicle in early November in downtown Las Vegas has died.
83-year-old Ernest Castro and his 78-year-old wife were hit while crossing the 13th Street near Bridger Avenue last month.
His wife died at the scene. Castro was critically injured.
The couple was not in the crosswalk at the time of the incident. It was not believed that alcohol or drugs were a factor in the accident.
