Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The two middle school students that were arrested on Friday after they videotaped themselves bullying another boy appeared in court this morning.
The boys are being held at the Juvenile Detention Center. Their next court date has been scheduled for Wednesday, Dec. 5.
The 13- and 15-year-old brothers are facing battery charges. The older boy is also facing a gang enhancement charge because police say he flashed a gang sign in the video
The video surfaced on YouTube and several other websites last week. The Clark County School District Police arrested the two boys.
Officers are still working to identify the other kids in the video, some who are seen taping the incident.
