Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Bill's Gamblin' Hall & Saloon on the Las Vegas Strip is closing its doors.

The casino plans to do some remodeling in February, and reopen with a new name and theme in 2014.

It's now owned by Caesars Entertainment, which is pouring $185 million into the renovation.

Improvements will include a 65,000 square foot rooftop pool and a new nightclub.
