Strip will be packed for Rock N' Roll Las Vegas Marathon
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- There's no doubt the Las Vegas Strip will be packed on Sunday, Dec. 2.
The 2012 Zappos.com Rock N' Roll Marathon is coming back to town.
It starts at 3 p.m. Sunday at the Luxor and ends across the street from the Mirage. The half marathon will start at 4:30 p.m.
There will be live bands every mile to keep the runners rockin' from start to finish.
The race benefits the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America.

- The northbound lanes of Las Vegas Boulevard in front of Mandalay Bay from Russell Road to Hacienda Avenue will be closed at 12:30 p.m.
- The area in front of Mirage and Caesars on Las Vegas Boulevard from Spring Mountain to Flamingo Roads will be closed Sunday from 10 a.m. to about 2 a.m. Monday morning.
- All north and southbound lanes on Las Vegas Boulevard will be closed at 2 p.m. from Sunset Road to Stewart Avenue. East and westbound roads will close to 2:30 p.m.
- Las Vegas Boulevard is scheduled to reopen at 7:30 p.m. in the areas of Sunset Road, Russell Road and Tropicana Avenue.
