Clark County, NV (KTNV) -- The two teachers who were accused of having sex with an underage girl, but were let off the hook, have now resigned.
John Stalmach and Bambi Dewey were arrested in Sept. after a 16-year-old girl from Basic High School came forward with the accusations.
The district attorney said there wasn't enough evidence to prosecute.
The teachers formally resigned Thursday in the midst of the school district investigation over whether they should be dismissed.
