Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- An overnight standoff at a house on Pheasant Lane, near South Buffalo Drive and West Charleston Boulevard, has ended.
The incident began shortly before 9 p.m. Thursday night after someone reported gunshots.
Police believed that the person responsible for firing the shots may have hidden inside one of the houses.
Surrounding homes were evacuated as a precaution.
Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department's SWAT unit was called in and several hours later, they made entry into the house.
No one was found.
