Semi trailer-truck rolls over on U.S. 95 near Searchlight
Clark County, NV (KTNV) -- There are reports of an accident involving a semi trailer-truck on U.S. Route 95 near Searchlight.
According to the Nevada Highway Patrol, the big truck rolled over at about 8:25 a.m. this morning in the southbound lanes near mile marker 16.
There were two people in truck and they are being transported by air to an area hospital.
It is not known at this time what caused the wreck or the extent of the injuries to the occupants of the tractor trailer.
NHP did say that the truck was not carrying any hazardous materials and it is off the road in the dirt.
The highway could be closed briefly while the helicopter picks up the injured.
