Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- There are two lottery winners this morning and there is the possibility that one of them could be from Southern Nevada.
Winning tickets for Wednesday night's record jackpot were purchased in Arizona and Missouri. The winning numbers were 5. 16. 22. 23. 29 and Powerball 6.
The busiest outlet in Arizona to buy tickets was the Last Stop bar and Grill in White Hills, a popular place for Las Vegas to get tickets that can't be purchased in our state.
We don't know yet where the winning ticket was purchased in Arizona or who may have purchased it.
Whoever it is will spit the $587.5 million jackpot with the Missouri winner. Each person will receive $293.7 million, which winds up being around $193 million if the winner decides to take a cash payout.
An additional 8.9 million players won smaller prizes.
Arizona officials are planning to release the location of where the winning ticket was sold at around 9 a.m. today.
