Hundreds of NASCAR fans gather for Fanfest in Las Vegas
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The Las Vegas Motor Speedway kicked off Champion's Week Wednesday, hosting NASCAR Fanfest at the Fremont Street Experience.
Hundreds of NASCAR fans from all over the country had a chance to meet professional drivers, get autographs and take pictures.
The drivers are in Las Vegas for a variety of events this week, including an awards ceremony and a NASCAR victory lap on Thursday, up Las Vegas Boulevard.
"It's just really exciting to be in Vegas. Having all 12 of the drivers here, as well as some of the teams and different personalities, it's just a fun time to relax and unwind before we gear back up for next season," said Miss Sprint Cup, Kim Coon.
NASCAR Champion's Week runs through Friday, Nov. 30.
