Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- An elderly man skydived for the first time, for his birthday, and he did it all for charity.

Noel Taylor turns 82-years-old in December. But he decided to skydive Saturday, to raise money for the Rising Star Outreach group in India.

The program helps people with leprosy and their children.

Noel told Action News what he experienced diving out of the plane, "I felt at ease and experienced no fear or anxiety. It was a thrill, it really was."

Noel took the dive at Sin City Diving at Jean Airport, just outside of Las Vegas.
