Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Wednesday is typically the busiest travel day of the year for people who are driving or flying home for the holidays.
More than half a million people are expected to travel through McCarran beginning Wednesday and continuing through the weekend.
And this holiday, things are a little different since the opening of Terminal Three.
Airport officials say that it you are flying out for the holiday, find out which terminal you are flying from so that you know where to park.
Don't surprised when you are asked to pay a little more to park your car.
Long term parking rates at the airport have gone up. It will now cost $14 to pay to park inside the garages at Terminals One and Three and $10 to park in the remote economy lot.
