Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- A pro football hall of famer stopped by Red Rock Resort to meet fans.
The resort hosted football legend Gale Sayers Sunday, who signed autographs and took pictures with fans.
Sayers hit the pro football scene in 1965 with the Chicago Bears. He won "All NFL" honors for five straight years, and was named "Offensive Player of the Game" in three of the four pro bowls.
Sayers said he was overwhelmed with how many fans came out to see him Sunday.
The football great was up at Red Rock until 7 p.m.
