Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The Las Vegas Ski and Snowboard Resort commissioned 50 artists to create designs on 50 snowboards that will be auctioned off.
"All of the artwork is a little different," said John Morelli. " The artists did an incredible job and we've had a great reception so far."
The silent auction is open to the public Friday night at 8 at the Amanda Harris Gallery of Contemporary Art on Las Vegas Boulevard South.
Proceeds go to three local charities and the Mt. Charleston Volunteer Firefighter Department.
