Henderson woman accused of beating dog in Boston
Henderson, NV (KTNV) -- A Henderson woman is accused of beating her dog while on her way to a court date in Boston.
A witness reported seeing 26-year-old Ana Prado abusing her dog in the restroom of a transit station on Thursday.
The witness told transit police that Prado hit the dog three times and lifted it by its leash, causing the dog to hang by its neck.
A transit employee also reported seeing Prado kick the dog.
Prado was at the Boston transit station en route to appear in court on drug charges.
She was arrested earlier this fall after a hotel employee found drugs left in the drawer of her room, authorities in Boston said.
