Henderson, NV (KTNV) -- The man shot by police at a grocery store in Henderson on Wednesday has been identified.
He is 36-year-old Jake Goldsborough.
Goldsborough was shot inside a bathroom at the Albertsons on Boulder Highway near Lake Mead when police said he aimed a gun at officers.
Goldsborough remained in critical condition on Thursday.
