Serial 911 caller released from Henderson jail
Henderson, NV (KTNV) -- The man that was accused of calling more than 3,600 times in the past year has been released from the Henderson Detention Center.
35-year-old Tuy Thai was supposed to appear in court this morning. However, the criminal complaint was not filed in time.
Thai had been questioned in the past about the calls in the past but he always denied it or blamed it on someone else.
On Nov. 7, police officers observed Thai using his cellphone and pulled him over near his Henderson home.
He was arrested on 59 accounts of unlawful use of 911.
