California man dies after bike hit by car in Vegas
LAS VEGAS (AP) -- A young Southern California man has succumbed to his injuries after his bicycle was struck by a car in Las Vegas.
Nevada Highway Patrol officials say 21-year-old Brandon Ochrach of Perris, Calif., died at University Medical Center on Tuesday.
Troopers say he'd been riding his bicycle across Jones Boulevard Monday afternoon when he was struck by a car approaching an intersection with a U.S. 95 off-ramp.
The 18-year-old driver of the Saturn wasn't injured.
