U.S. Dept. of Justice to present findings on Metro's use of force
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The U.S. Department of Justice will deliver findings and recommendations on Thursday following a review of the Las Vegas Metro Police Department's use of force.
The head of the DOJ Community Oriented Policing Services will deliver the report, alongside U.S. Attorney Daniel Bogden and Sheriff Doug Gillespie.
The presentation will take place Thursday morning at the Lloyd D. George United States Courthouse.
The Department of Justice is concluding an eight month review of Metro's use of force policies and practices.
