Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- It was an emotional day recently as Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada honored some very special people.
The agency held a reception to remember respite care clients who have died over the past two years.
They released balloons and read the names of the deceased out loud.
Caregivers were also honored for all their hard work.
Current respite workers were among those that were present and Sen. Barbara Cegavske was on hand along with 50 other guests.
