Clark County, NV (KTNV) -- The Clark County School District is getting a multi-million dollar grant from the federal government.
The Department of Education awarded the CCSD $3 million from the Investing Innovation Program.
The grant isn't easy to get. The school district was considered one of the highest rated, among 700 applicants.
The money will be used to close achievement gaps and improving graduation rates.
