Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- It wouldn't be Las Vegas without a quirky competition once in a while.
300 of the country's best beards and mustaches competed at the 3rd annual National Beard & Mustache Championships this weekend.
It took place at the Clark County Amphitheater in Downtown Las Vegas.
With more than 300 contestants, from 45 states and six countries, participation has certainly grown over previous years.
A week of events led up to Sunday, when the winner with the best facial hair was announced.
