Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- A man was shot and killed Saturday afternoon on the 1900 block of Simmons Street, just south of West Lake Mead Boulevard.
The incident occurred around 4:55 p.m. behind an apartment complex.
Officials report there had been some sort of disturbance in the area and then witnesses heard shots fired.
A woman was also suffered a non-life threatening injury to her arm during the incident and was transported to UMC.
Police are still searching for a suspect and no motive for the shooting has been released.
The identity of the victim will be released by the Clark County Coroner's Office.
