Colder temperatures coming to the Las Vegas area
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Temperatures in the Las Vegas area are expected to take a turn in the next few days.
A cold front heading to the southwest region will bring cooler temperatures to the Valley, Chief Meteorologist Bryan Scofield said.
Temperatures could drop as many as 20-30 degrees in some areas.
Highs on Thursday are expected to be in the 75-77 degree range. Strong wind and cold air will drop temperatures to highs in the 50s on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
The windy, cool conditions will be accompanied by partially cloudy skies.
Sunnier, warmer weather is expected on Monday with highs in the low 60s early next week.
