1 injured in fire at mobile home park near Lamb & Vegas Valley
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- One person suffered minor burns this morning in a mobile home fire at the Shadow Mountain trailer park near South Lamb Boulevard and East Vegas Valley Drive.
According to a spokesperson for Clark County Fire Department, the call was received at about 4:57 a.m. today. The mobile home was fully engulfed upon arrival and is a complete loss.
Multiple homes were threatened during the fire but fire crews were able to keep the surrounding homes from being burned.
The two residents of the double-wide home were able to escape but one person suffered minor burns and was transported to University Medical Center.
The cause of the fire is under investigation. Damage is estimated at $80,000.
