5 Henderson businesses caught selling alcohol to minors
Henderson, NV (KTNV) -- Five businesses in Henderson were caught selling alcohol to minors in a recent compliance check.
Henderson police conducted checks at loacl bars and restaurants over the weekend will the help of underage volunteers.
Of the 50 businesses checked, five sold alcohol to a minor.
Those businesses were:
· Enzo’s Ristorante, 2724 N. Green Valley Parkway
· Railroad Pass Casino, 2800 S. Boulder Highway
· My Lodge Casino, 920 S. Boulder Highway
· Casino Valle Verde, 697 N. Valle Verde
· Hammers Grill & Bar, 771 E. Horizon Drive
Clerks at those establishments were issued citations.
Henderson Police said Railroad Pass Casino also failed a compliance check in February.
Businesses that fail multiple compliance checks risk citations and could lose their business licenses.
