Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Las Vegas police are investigating a fatal accident involving a motorcyclist on Boulder Highway.
Police responded to the auto versus motorcycle accident shortly after 7 p.m. Friday evening at Boulder Highway and Boulder Ranch near Russell Road.
A Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department spokesperson said the driver of the motorcycle was pronounced dead on scene.
It is unclear who caused the accident which police continue to investigate.
Police say the southbound lanes of Boulder Highway to just south of Russell remain closed while fatal detectives conduct the investigation.
