Volunteers preparing Magical Forest at Opportunity Village
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- It's a sure sign the holidays are right around the corner: Volunteers were out Friday at Opportunity Village to set up the Magical Forest, along with its 3 million lights.
The Magical Forest doesn't open until the end of November, but a lot of work needs to be done before opening night.
Volunteers from the Henderson Chamber spent the day stringing lights and building some of the bigger attractions.
The Magical Forest is a huge source of funding for Opportunity Village, to help it continue serving disabled people across the Valley.
Last year alone, the Magical Forest attracted more than 175,000 visitors.
