Suspected drunk driver who hit homeless men due in court
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The suspected drunk driver that police say pinned three pedestrians to a wall recently is due in court Oct. 10.
36-year-old Uziel Reyez-Perez was charged with driving under the influence after the incident on Saturday.
The victims were reportedly returning to the Catholic Charities shelter after volunteering for a downtown clean-up event with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department.
The men were hit as they walked on the sidewalk along Veterans Memorial Drive near Washington Avenue.
All three men were rushed to the hospital in critical condition.
