Metro, SWAT called to possible standoff on Sespe
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department was called to the scene of a standoff Saturday afternoon.
It happened on Sespe Street, near Smoke Ranch and Torrey Pines.
Police said it began just before 3 p.m. as a domestic disturbance call, when one of the people inside refused to come out.
SWAT officers were also called to the scene.
Adjacent homes were evacuated as a precaution.
There were no major street closures, only residential streets near the incident.
Police said the standoff ended around 6 p.m. when SWAT entered the home and found nobody inside.
