Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) - Three people were arrested after a police standoff ended peacefully on Boulder Highway near Tropicana on Tuesday.
Police were called to the scene just before 11:30 a.m. SWAT responded to assist.
A woman told police there was a man, possibly two, inside an apartment building.
Police say they saw one man peeking through a window inside.
Negotiators were able to end the standoff peacefully at about 2:30 p.m.
Three suspects were arrested, but their identities have not been released.
