Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- Election Day is only five weeks away, and many politicians are trying to win your vote campaign signs. But where are the candidates allowed to put them up?

You see the candidates' signs everywhere, but one Valley woman says one place they shouldn't be is on her property -- At least not without her permission.

She has owned land near Ann and Cimarron for about 20 years and every four years, the signs magically appear.

Frustrated, she emailed Action News. We called the city of Las Vegas, who says property owners can contact the city's code enforcement department who can issue a notice to the candidates.

The city's rapid response team will even remove them if the owner puts in a request.
