Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The man accused of driving under the influence after killing a 12-year-old girl last year during a similar incident was back in court this morning on the latest charges.
Justin Caramanica was released on bail after last year's crash and was waiting to be sentenced on Nov. 5 when he was arrested on new charges.
He had been ordered not to drive when he crashed into a parked car a few weeks ago on Sept. 22.
Caramanica's bail was revoked last week and he has been in jail ever since.
His status hearing on his latest charges is now scheduled for Feb. 5.
