Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) - A former Clark County prosecutor is in a San Diego jail according to his lawyer.
David Schubert’s law office received a call from his probation officer stating he is now in custody in a San Diego jail.
It is not clear whether Schubert turned himself in or was apprehended.
According to Louis Schneider’s law office they are waiting on a call from jail by Schubert, their client.
The 49-year-old former Clark County Prosecutor who tried the drug cases of celebrities Paris Hilton and Bruno Mars was arrested for buying cocaine in 2011 and failed to surrender to serve a jail sentence on September 21.
