Coroner IDs woman found murdered in west Las Vegas apartment
Las Vegas, NV (KTNV) -- The Clark County coroner has identified the woman that was found dead in her west Las Vegas apartment on Saturday morning as 46-year-old Shauna Tiaffay of Las Vegas.
According to the coroner, she died from multiple blunt-force injuries and assault. Her death has been classified as a homicide.
Police were called to the scene of the crime at WillowBrook apartment complex at about 9:15 a.m. Sept. 29. The apartment complex is located in the 2600 block of South Pavilion Center, near Sahara Avenue.
Upon arrival, police officers determined the death was not natural and called homicide detectives to the scene.
Police have not released any information about a possible suspect.
